Hi everyone! Even though we are stuck at home, it’s a good idea to do some gentle yoga to keep ourselves limber and moving. We like yoga instructor Sherry Zak Morris, whose Youtube Channel YogaJP features videos such as a 5-minute chair yoga dance set to Can’t Stop the Feeling, a 30-minute Energizing Chair Yoga session, and a 50-minute “Everything Is Gonna Be Alright” chair yoga class. (You’ll see a couple of ads before the videos, but you can skip most of the ads.)
If you don’t like this instructor, there’s lots of other options. In May 2019, Self Magazine published a list of 9 favorite YouTube yoga channels.
