The Talking Book & Braille Center serves NJ residents of all ages (children, teens, and adults) who have difficulty reading standard print, holding a book or turning the pages of a book due to blindness, a vision impairment, a physical impairment, a perceptual impairment, or a reading disability. The TBBC provides no-cost, home-delivered, accessible library services in New Jersey to those who qualify for service.
